| The
Oxford Street Brasserie opened its doors in June of 2006. In its short time it has won excellent reviews from Harrogate Advertiser, Plush Magazine, Metro, Leeds Guide, The Guardian and, more recently, was considered the “Brasserie Of The Year” by Robert Cockcroft in The Yorkshire Evening Post. The menu has been created by the head chef & proprietor David Robson (formally of Pool Court) |
to a
Pan British European theme. It incorporates simple dish motifs (Terrine,
Tart, Soufflé as well as Chicken, Beef or Lamb) and adds twists
to each one. A simple philosophy of fresh food prepared with respect and
cooked with passion, but priced SENSIBLY. The first floor Brasserie is located in the centre of Harrogate and the ceiling to floor windows offer great views of one of the town’s most eclectic streets. |
Once
inside you will be greeted by the natural light of day across the soft
wood furnishings and brown leather chairs. By night the tables are softly
illuminated by candlelight, and a vibrant buzz only found from our open
kitchen. The wine list has been specially selected by the chef in association with Playford Ros Wine Merchants with 12 whites and 12 reds ranging from £12.00 |
to £35.00.
Champagne, sparkling wines, and dessert wines are also available. Oxford Street Brasserie are happy to accommodate children. Vegetarians and any dietary requirements also catered for. There is always a well-stocked kitchen and the chefs are not short of imagination! Located conveniently on Oxford Street above the Carphone Warehouse. |
